Castle
Mondays, 10:00 - 11:00 p.m.

When viewers first met Richard Castle -- a famous mystery novelist and divorced father raising his teenage daughter, while being kept grounded by his Broadway diva mother -- he was creatively blocked. But when the NYPD questioned him in connection with a series of murders staged to imitate crime scenes from his books, Castle found inspiration in NYPD Detective Kate Beckett, a bright and aggressive homicide detective with a fascination for odd and offbeat cases stemming from the years-old unsolved murder of her own mother. Though they instantly clashed, sparks of another sort began to fly, leading both to danger and a hint of romance as Castle stepped in to help find the copycat killer. Once that initial case was solved, Castle and Beckett continued to investigate strange homicides in New York, combining Castle's writer intuition and Beckett's creative detective work.

Now, after three seasons, Castle and Beckett's relationship has grown even stronger as they've dodged bullets, captured killers and solved countless murder cases in their unorthodox partnership. But in the explosive Season 3 finale, NYPD Captain Roy Montgomery -- who we learned had a connection to the unsolved murder of Beckett's mother -- was shot and killed by a man tied to that crime. As the episode came to a close, Beckett, who was speaking about her Captain at his funeral, took a bullet from a sniper's rifle and was last seen on the ground with life fading out of her. Will she survive...?

Also with Beckett as his muse, Castle used his newfound experience in the field as fodder for his bestselling novels -- Heat Wave (hardcover published in September 2009, spent 16 weeks on the New York Times bestsellers list and 10 weeks on the USA Today bestsellers list; paperback published in April 2010, spent 12 weeks on the New York Times bestsellers list and 11 weeks on the USA Today bestsellers list); Naked Heat (hardcover released in September 2010 spent 12 weeks on the New York Times bestsellers list and 8 weeks on the USA Today bestsellers list; paperback published in April 2011, spent 4 weeks each on the New York Times and USA Today bestsellers lists); and a third book, Heat Rises, coming out in September 2011.

In addition, for the new season, a graphic novel from Marvel will debut -- Richard Castle's Deadly Storm will come out this September, written by Brian Michael Bendis ("Avengers") and Kelly Sue DeConnick ("Captain America").

"Castle" stars Nathan Fillion as Richard Castle, Stana Katic as Detective Kate Beckett, Tamala Jones as Medical Examiner Lanie Parish, Jon Huertas as NYPD Detective Javier Esposito, Seamus Dever as NYPD Detective Kevin Ryan, Molly Quinn as Alexis Castle, with Susan Sullivan as Martha Rodgers. Joining the series for Season 4 is Penny Johnson Jerald ("24") as Captain Victoria Gates - aka "Iron Gates" and as by-the-book as they come - who instantly has an issue with Castle... "He's not a cop, he doesn't belong."

"Castle," which is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P) with 5.1 channel surround sound, is produced by ABC Studios. Andrew Marlowe is the show's creator/executive producer, along with executive producers Rob Bowman, David Amann, Laurie Zaks and Armyan Bernstein.

Cougar Town

Desperate Housewives
Sundays, 9:00 - 10:00 p.m.

All good things eventually come to an end, and in the final season of this landmark show, the stakes are at an all-time high. Winner of both the 2005 and 2006 Golden Globe Awards for Best Television Series -- Musical or Comedy - "Desperate Housewives" is a primetime soap with a truly contemporary take on "happily ever after." The series, which takes a darkly comedic look at suburbia -- where the secret lives of housewives aren't always what they seem -- began with Mary Alice Young inside her perfect house, in the loveliest of suburbs, taking her own life. Commenting from her elevated point of view, she took us into the lives of her family, friends and neighbors.

For Season Eight, Carlos' murder of Gaby's abusive stepfather and the cover up by Susan, Gaby, Bree and Lynette had far-reaching effects. Feelings of guilt began to overcome everyone in different ways, and the knowledge that someone out there knows what they have done has rattled the ladies to their core. Susan withdrew from her friends and family, but found solace in an art class; Gaby continues to ensure that Carlos gets well, as his guilt weighed so heavily upon him that he began drinking heavily and ended up in rehab; Lynette and Tom continue to grapple with their difficult separation; and Bree's life began spiraling into despair when her friends abandoned her after they blamed her for scorning Detective Chuck Vance and causing him to take out his vengeance on them. But with the recent murder of Vance, could one of the ladies be his assassin? Meanwhile, sexy neighbor Ben Faulkner remains Renee's first order of business.

"Desperate Housewives" stars Teri Hatcher as Susan Mayer, Felicity Huffman as Lynette Scavo, Marcia Cross as Bree Van de Kamp, Eva Longoria as Gabrielle Solis, Vanessa Williams as Renee Perry, Ricardo Antonio Chavira as Carlos Solis, Doug Savant as Tom Scavo, Charles Mesure as Ben Faulkner and Madison de la Garza as Juanita Solis, with Brenda Strong as Mary Alice Young and James Denton as Mike Delfino.

Considered one of the great dramas of our time and recipient of the 2007 Golden Globe Award for Best Drama Television Series and multiple Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series, "Grey's Anatomy" returns to ABC for its eighth season.

Meredith, Cristina, Alex, Jackson and April have all reached their 5th year as residents. In a year that can make or break a surgical career, the residents are tasked with their first-ever solo surgeries, no longer under their attendings' direct supervision in the O.R.

Torn apart by Meredith's well-intentioned but devastatingly harmful interference in Derek's Alzheimer's clinical trial, Meredith and Derek are living apart. Their relationship hangs in the balance, as does the fate of their newly adopted daughter, Zola.

Cristina and Owen's wedded bliss is in jeopardy when they can't agree on whether or not to have a baby. When Cristina becomes unexpectedly pregnant and decides to terminate the pregnancy, Owen is against it, leading to the biggest issue in their relationship thus far. Meanwhile Meredith and Cristina, the best of friends, find themselves at the center of each other's worlds once again, as their marriages are tested.

Leading the 5th year residents is newly-appointed Chief Resident April Kepner. Her position of authority is immediately tested by her skeptical peers. Meanwhile Jackson, who is consistently proving he has the skills to be a very talented surgeon, is extremely happy in a new relationship with Lexie. And doing his best to move forward after his relationship with Lexie has ended is Mark Sloan, who has become a loving parent to daughter Sofia with the now-married Callie and Arizona.

Love abounds in other places in the hospital, as Bailey's relationship with Nurse Eli continues to grow and Teddy falls deeper in love with her patient, Henry. Richard Webber focuses on caring for his beloved wife, Adele, who has Alzheimer's disease.

Seattle Grace Hospital is a place where life isn't lived in the black and white, but in the shades of grey.

"Grey's Anatomy" is an ABC Studios production.

Happy Endings
Tuesdays, 9:30 - 10 p.m.

Forget who gets to keep the ring - when a couple splits, the real question is, who gets to keep the friends? Alex and Dave's wedding was supposed to be the happiest day of their lives, for them and their long-time friends... until Alex left groom-to-be Dave at the altar.

The breakup, in the words of one pal, was a "huge game changer" that complicated everyone's lives and made everyone question their own choices. Alex and Dave were the glue that kept their urban family together: Alex's sister, Jane, a suburban housewife, and her buttoned-up husband, Brad; Max, their perpetually underemployed gay friend; and Penny, who worries about never finding the right guy.

A year later, this gang is still friends, although Alex and Dave are trying to figure out just where their relationship stands. Penny is convinced that 2011 will be "The Year of Penny," and she starts things off by buying her dream condo. She'll also be getting a new roommate when Alex moves in. Max may make the biggest change of all when he does something his friends never thought he'd do... get a steady job.

Called "fresh," "charming" and "it's need-to-pause-the-DVR-because-I'm-laughing-so-hard funny" by the critics, "Happy Endings" stars Eliza Coupe ("Scrubs") as Jane, Elisha Cuthbert ("24") as Alex, Zachary Knighton ("FlashForward") as Dave, Adam Pally as Max, Damon Wayans, Jr. ("The Underground") as Brad and Casey Wilson ("Saturday Night Live") as Penny.

Created by executive producer David Caspe (the upcoming feature film "I Hate You Dad"), "Happy Endings" is executive produced by Jamie Tarses ("HawthoRNe"), Jonathan Groff ("How I Met Your Mother"), Anthony & Joe Russo ("Arrested Development," "Community"). The pilot was written by David Caspe and directed by Anthony & Joe Russo, and is from Sony Pictures Television and ABC Studios.

Last Man Standing
Tuesdays, 8:00 - 8:30 p.m.

You can’t get manlier than Mike Baxter. He loves to have adventures while he’s traveling for work and, of course, he drives a pick–up truck. But Mike is about to find out that it’s not a man’s world anymore. While he might be king of the hill at work at an iconic outdoor sporting goods store, he’s the odd man out in a home dominated by his wife and three daughters. Today it’s a woman’s world, and this man’s man is on a mission to get men back to their rightful place in society.

After being a stay–at–home mom for years, Mike’s wife, Vanessa, recently returned to the workplace and was quickly promoted –– much to the dismay of her primarily male co–workers. Now that Vanessa’s work load has increased, Mike is pulled into more hands–on parenting than ever before.

A traditional "manly man," Mike finds himself giving somewhat unorthodox boy advice to Eve, his 13–year–old tomboy daughter. The well–intentioned Dad also plays Cupid for his 17–year–old daughter, Mandy, by setting her up on a blind–date with Kyle, one of his employees he thinks would be the perfect guy for her. But Mandy already has a boyfriend, someone Mike is less than thrilled with when he finds out that he prefers "mani/pedis" and can’t change a tire. Mike’s set–up gets even more off track when Kyle accidentally meets Mike’s eldest daughter, Kristin. She’s a 20–year–old single mom living at home, desperately trying to juggle her work load with parenting her toddler son, possibly Mike’s only ally.

With things turned upside down at home, Mike’s last bastion of sanity – work – gets hit by change as well; his long–time boss and friend, Ed, announces that he’s grounding Mike from their catalogue’s international photo shoots and putting him in charge of the company’s webpage. But while adjusting to this new role, Mike discovers that the Internet might actually provide him just the outlet he needs, a platform that gives him a voice to appeal to those who agree that manliness is under assault, and a pulpit for his opinions about feeling like the last real man in a woman’s world. After all, men built civilizations, invented the locomotive and created ESPN, and Mike Baxter is determined to do what he must to reclaim his manly place in his home and at his job.

"Last Man Standing" stars Tim Allen as Mike, Nancy Travis, as Vanessa, Kaitlyn Dever as Eve, Molly Ephraim as Mandy, Alexandra Krosney as Kristin, Christoph Sanders as Kyle and Hector Elizondo as Ed. "Last Man Standing" is from Twentieth Century Fox Television.

The Middle
Wednesdays, 8:00 - 8:30 p.m.

Two-time Emmy winner Patricia Heaton stars in this warm and witty single-camera comedy about raising a family and lowering your expectations.

Middle-aged, middle class and living in the middle of the country in Orson, Indiana, Frankie Heck is a harried wife and working mother of three who uses her wry wit and sense of humor to try to get her family through each day intact. Her work life's no easier, as she struggles day to day as the least successful sales woman at the town's only surviving car dealer.

Frankie's unflappable husband, Mike, is manager at the local quarry and her sardonic partner in the daily grind that is raising their average - yes, most definitely average - family.

Between juggling shifts and picking up fast food dinners eaten in front of the TV, Frankie and Mike raise their kids with love, humor and solid Midwestern practicality. Axl, the oldest, is a jock slacker who eats them out of house and home and walks around the house in his underwear. Then there's Sue, their extraordinarily ordinary teen daughter, who fails at just about everything she tries with great gusto. This year she's entering high school and will attempt to not only navigate the raging waters of school life but co-exist with Axl, who is not too thrilled with his little sister being at the same school. And last is Brick, their quirky fourth-grader, who reads constantly, whispers to himself and unapologetically marches to the beat of his own drummer.

But through all the madness shines a loving family, and together, the Hecks are putting THE MIDDLE on the map.

"The Middle" stars Patricia Heaton as Frankie, Neil Flynn as Mike, Charlie McDermott as Axl, Eden Sher as Sue and Atticus Shaffer as Brick.

"The Middle" was created and is executive produced by Eileen Heisler and DeAnn Heline. The series is from Warner Bros. Television.

Modern Family
Wednesdays, 9:00 - 9:30 p.m.

Critically acclaimed and lauded for revitalizing the television sitcom, “Modern Family” is also quickly cementing itself as a culturally defining series. A recipient of the 2010 Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series and a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series, “Modern Family” returns to the ABC Television Network for its third season.

Jay Pritchett sits at the head of a large and unconventional family. Now in his second marriage to his gorgeous young wife, Gloria, Jay has been given something of a second chance. Still, old habits are hard to break, and it’s trial by fire as he tries to adapt to life with the same passion and vigor that Gloria exhibits, which are matched by her precocious 12-year-old son, Manny. There are some culture clashes, a few misunderstandings, but also plenty of sweet victories along the way.

Jay’s grown daughter, Claire, and her husband, Phil, are the proud parents of three kids with whom they want that open, healthy, honest relationship. It’s not always easy, especially when you have Haley, a teenage daughter who’s growing up a little fast, Alex, a too-smart-for-her-own-good middle daughter and Luke, a scatterbrained boy. Add to this that Phil is just a big kid himself, even if he does always have the best intentions. Claire is the anchor, trying her best to run a tight ship and determined not to let her kids have the rebellious childhood she had.

Claire’s brother and Jay’s grown son, Mitchell, is busy raising an adopted daughter, Lily, with his long term partner, Cameron. Opposites attract in this household, with Cameron having a wonderfully big personality and maybe a flare for the dramatic, while Mitchell is more buttoned-down. They balance each other out, and these doting fathers are relishing their roles as parents developing their own little family.

These three unique families give us an honest and often hilarious look into the sometimes warm, sometimes twisted, embrace of the modern family.

“Modern Family” stars Ed O’Neill as Jay, Julie Bowen as Claire, Ty Burrell as Phil, Sofía Vergara as Gloria, Jesse Tyler Ferguson as Mitchell, Eric Stonestreet as Cameron, Sarah Hyland as Haley, Nolan Gould as Luke, Ariel Winter as Alex, Rico Rodriguez as Manny and Aubrey Anderson-Emmons as Lily.

The series is produced by Twentieth Century Fox Television in association with Levitan Lloyd Productions. Steven Levitan and Christopher Lloyd are executive producers/creators.

Once Upon a Time
Sundays, 8:00-9:00 p.m.

Master storytellers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz ("Lost," "Tron: Legacy") invite everyone to brace themselves for a modern fairytale with thrilling twists and hints of darkness, brimming with wonder and filled with the magic of our most beloved stories.

And they lived happily ever after... or so everyone was led to believe. Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison, "House") knows how to take care of herself. She's a 28-year-old bail bondsperson who's been on her own ever since she was abandoned as a baby. But when Henry (Jared Gilmore, "Mad Men") -- the son she gave up years ago -- finds her, everything changes. Henry is now 10 years old and in desperate need of Emma's help. He believes that Emma actually comes from an alternate world, and that she's Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin, "Big Love") and Prince Charming's (Josh Dallas) missing daughter. According to his book of fairytales, they sent her away to protect her from the Evil Queen's (Lana Parrilla) curse, which trapped the characters of fairytale world forever, frozen in time, and brought them into our modern world.

Of course Emma doesn't believe a word, but when she brings Henry back to Storybrooke, she finds herself drawn to this unusual boy and his strange New England town. Concerned for him, she decides to stay for a while, but she soon suspects that Storybrooke is more than it seems. It's a place where magic has been forgotten -- but is still powerfully close -- where fairytale characters are alive, even though they don't remember who they once were, and where the Evil Queen, known as Regina, is now Henry's foster mother.

In order to understand where the fairytale world's former inhabitants came from, and what ultimately led to the Evil Queen's wrath, you'll need a glimpse into their previous lives to learn their origins. But it might just turn everything you've ever believed about these characters upside-down.

Meanwhile, the epic battle for the future of all worlds is about to begin. For good to win, Emma will have to accept her destiny and fight like hell.

Pan Am
Error processing SSI file

Passion, adventure and espionage... They do it all - and they do it at 30,000 feet. The style of the 1960s, the energy and excitement of the Jet Age and a drama full of sexy entanglements deliciously mesh in a thrilling and highly original new series, "Pan Am," premiering SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, on the ABC Television Network.

Welcome to the Jet Age. It's 1963. WWII and Korea are history. A new kind of war, a Cold War, is underway. The world is poised on the brink of a cultural revolution, and everywhere change is in the air.

In this modern world, air travel represents the height of luxury, and Pan Am is the biggest name in the business. The planes are sleek and glamorous, the pilots are rock stars, and the stewardesses are the most desirable women in the world. Not only are these flyboys and girls young and good looking, but to represent Pan Am they also have to be educated, cultured and refined. They're trained to handle everything from in-air emergencies to unwanted advances - all without rumpling their pristine uniforms or mussing their hair. These pre-feminist women form a powerful sisterhood, as they enjoy the rare opportunity to travel outside the country -- something most women in this age can only aspire to - and one of the few career options that offers them empowerment and respect.

At Pan Am there's Dean (Mike Vogel), a cocky, charismatic and ambitious new pilot - the first of a new breed not trained in war. A farm boy from a small rural town, Dean finds himself thrust into a leadership position at Pan Am far too young, but is eager to prove himself as the new face of the airline. On the sly, he's dating Bridget (guest star Annabelle Wallis), a motherly beauty with a mysterious past. Co-pilot Ted (Michael Mosley) comes from wealth and privilege, but his powerful family is a blessing and a curse, and he has his own dark secrets. A rebellious bohemian, Maggie (Christina Ricci) turns into a buttoned up professional for work in order to see the world, trying to balance her hunger for life with her undefined ambitions. Also on this crew is flirtatious Colette (Karine Vanasse), who is the empathetic caretaker of the group, though she herself has a penchant for unavailable men. And finally there are the sisters, the spirited Kate (Kelli Garner) and her beauty queen younger sister, Laura (Margot Robbie), a runaway bride who recently fled a life of domestic boredom to take to the skies.

In their individual quests for adventure, the "Pan Am" crew face both opportunity and peril, as they juggle their lives, their loves, their hopes and dreams while flying around the world to glamorous international cities like Paris, Berlin, Jakarta and Monte Carlo. Welcome aboard, and fasten your seat belts... Adventure awaits!

"Pan Am" stars Christina Ricci ("Penelope") as Maggie, Margot Robbie ("Neighbours") as Laura, Michael Mosley ("Justified") as Ted, Karine Vanasse ("Polytechnique") as Colette, Mike Vogel ("The Help," "Blue Valentine") as Dean and Kelli Garner ("Going the Distance") as Kate.

Series creator Jack Orman ("ER," "Men of a Certain Age,"), Thomas Schlamme ("The West Wing," "Parenthood," "Mr. Sunshine") and Nancy Hult Ganis ("Akeelah and the Bee") are executive producers. Orman also wrote the pilot, with Schlamme directing. "Pan Am" is produced by Jack Orman Productions, Out of the Blue Entertainment and Shoe Money Productions in association with Sony Pictures Television.

Private Practice
Tuesdays, 10:00 - 11:00 p.m.

From Shonda Rhimes, the Golden Globe-winning creator of "Grey's Anatomy," comes the story of a team of gifted doctors working together to change the lives of their patients for the better as they look to one another for friendship and love.

Having made a home in Los Angeles and among her friends at the practice, renowned neonatal surgeon Addison Montgomery may have at last found true love with fellow doctor and longtime friend Sam. But just as things have become romantic for the two of them, their friends question if their relationship, so complicated by the presence of Sam's ex -- Addison's best friend, Naomi -- has a chance.

Oceanside Wellness' co-founders, Naomi and Sam, nearly lost their daughter, Maya, in a car accident that took the life of the practice's own Dell. It was Addison's surgical talents that saved both Maya and her newborn baby. In the wake of the accident, Naomi focuses on Maya, her grandchild, and on a possible merger between her current practice, Pacific Wellcare, and Oceanside Wellness.

Initially giving up custody of their child to Pete after enduring a near-fatal trauma, Violet has returned more mentally sound and sure of her role as a mother. Having bitterly fought for custody in court, Pete and Violet came through the drama not only ready to co-parent, but ready to be with one another. It's soon after this realization that the two decide to get married and begin a new life together.

At long last, through numerous bumps in the road, break-ups and make-ups, Charlotte and Cooper are engaged to be married, but the trip to the altar may not be an easy one.

The newest addition to the practice, Dr. Amelia Shepherd, is as gifted a surgeon as her Seattle-based brother, Derek, but is struggling to find herself as she learns to fit in with this close-knit group of surgeons. And Pacific Wellcare psychiatrist Sheldon Wallace is embittered after having pursued many of the women in the practice and come up empty-handed.

The doctors of Oceanside Wellness and Pacific Wellcare work on the most difficult cases, patients whose medical needs often pose moral and ethical dilemmas. Though they may heatedly disagree at work, and though their personal lives may complicate matters, at the end of the day they are the best of friends, always ready to be there for each other.

"Private Practice" stars Kate Walsh as Dr. Addison Forbes Montgomery, Tim Daly as Dr. Pete Wilder, Benjamin Bratt as Dr. Jake Reilly, KaDee Strickland as Dr. Charlotte King, Paul Adelstein as Dr. Cooper Freedman, Brian Benben as Dr. Sheldon Wallace and Caterina Scorsone as Dr. Amelia Shepherd, with Taye Diggs as Dr. Sam Bennett and Amy Brenneman as Dr. Violet Turner.

"Private Practice" was created by Shonda Rhimes ("Grey's Anatomy," "Off the Map") and is executive-produced by Rhimes, Betsy Beers ("Grey's Anatomy," "Off the Map"), Mark Gordon ("The Hoax," "Saving Private Ryan"), Mark Tinker ("St. Elsewhere," "NYPD Blue"), Steve Blackman and Craig Turk. "Private Practice" is an ABC Studios Production.

Revenge
Wednesdays, 10:00 - 11:00 p.m.

Emily Thorne (Emily VanCamp) is the newest arrival in the Hamptons this summer. By all appearances, she’s a friendly and sophisticated “girl next door,” whose disarming charm and generosity allow her seamless access to the restricted circles of Hamptons high society. But the affluent, exclusive world she’s immersed herself in is tied to a dark family history, and Emily Thorne is anything but what she seems. When Emily was just nine, her father was framed for a horrific crime by neighbors he trusted, and was sentenced to life in prison. Emily never saw her father again and spent her childhood consumed by rage, loss and betrayal. 17 years later, she has returned under an assumed identity with one endgame – REVENGE -- every social overture a carefully planned chip at the foundation of her sworn enemies, until their lives come crashing down around them. Emily’s goal is unwavering, and her sharp mind is always five steps ahead. But when her past begins to catch up, her true heart may get caught in the crossfire.

Victoria Grayson (Madeleine Stowe) is the glamorous, powerful matriarch of the Grayson family and reigning Queen of the Hamptons social scene who holds a much darker secret -- her culpability in the events that destroyed Emily’s life. Conrad Grayson (Henry Czerny) is head of the Grayson family, a shrewd and successful tycoon who operates with questionable moral integrity and is willing to do whatever it takes to slither out of potentially scandalous situations. Daniel Grayson (Josh Bowman) is Victoria and Conrad’s son, who finds himself unable to resist Emily, unaware that he is the entrée she’s counting on to bring down the family that’s invested so much in him. Charlotte Grayson (Christa B. Allen), the daughter of the Grayson clan, fits right in with the “mean girls” of the Hamptons, but she has a curiosity streak that draws her to boys from “the wrong side of the tracks.” In public Nolan Ross (Gabrielle Mann) may be unfamiliar with Emily, but the truth is he shares a link to her past, her present, and her secret. Jack Porter (Nick Wechsler) is the son of a dock worker, who’s spent his life helping his father manage the Stowaway Tavern. He’s always had aspirations of escape, but dedication to his hard luck family has conspired to keep him home. When fate brings Emily into his life, Jack is unable to shake a déjà vu-like sense of connection to her. Declan Porter (Connor Paolo) is Jack’s well-intentioned kid brother who’s intrigued by the wealthy world of these elite vacationers and finds a target in Charlotte Grayson. Emily’s closest friend, Ashley Davenport (Ashley Madekwe), is the go-to event planner who hopes to gain entrée into Victoria’s good graces and solidify her status among the Hamptonites.

“Revenge” stars Emily VanCamp (“Brothers & Sisters,” “Everwood”) as Emily Thorne, Madeleine Stowe (“We Were Soldiers,” “The Last of the Mohicans”) as Victoria Grayson, Henry Czerny (“Mission: Impossible,” “Clear and Present Danger”) as Conrad Grayson, Josh Bowman (“Prowl”) as Daniel Grayson, Nick Wechsler (“Roswell”) as Jack Porter, Gabriel Mann (“The Bourne Identity”) as Nolan Ross, Ashley Madekwe (“Secret Diary of a Call Girl”) as Ashley Davenport, Christa B. Allen (“13 Going on 30”) as Charlotte Grayson and Connor Paolo (“Gossip Girl”) as Declan Porter.

“Revenge” is written and executive-produced by Mike Kelley (“Swingtown”), along with executive producers Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey (“Twilight”). The pilot is directed and executive-produced by Phillip Noyce (“Salt”). The series is produced by ABC Studios.

“Revenge” is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s selected HDTV format, with 5.1 channel surround sound.

Suburgatory
Wednesdays, 8:30 - 9:00 p.m.

Single father George only wants the best for his 16-year-old daughter, Tessa. So when he finds a box of condoms on her nightstand, he moves them both out of their apartment in New York City to a house in the suburbs. But all Tessa sees is the horror of over-manicured lawns and plastic Franken-moms. Being in the ‘burbs can be hell, but it also may just bring Tessa and George closer than they’ve ever been.

Tessa (Jane Levy) and George (Jeremy Sisto) have been on their own ever since Tessa’s mom pulled a “Kramer vs. Kramer” before Tessa was even potty trained. So far George has done a pretty good job of raising Tessa without a maternal figure in their lives, but suddenly he’s feeling a little out of his league. So it’s goodbye New York City and hello suburbs. At first Tessa is horrified by the big-haired, fake-boobed mothers and their sugar-free, Red Bull-chugging kids. But little by little, she and her dad begin finding a way to survive on the clean streets of the ‘burbs. Sure, the neighbors might smother you with love while their kids stare daggers at your back, but underneath all that plastic and caffeine, they’re really not half bad. And they do make a tasty pot roast.

The show stars Jeremy Sisto (“Law & Order”) as George Altman, Jane Levy (“Shameless”) as Tessa Altman, Carly Chaikin (“The Last Song”) as Dalia Royce, Rex Lee (“Entourage”) as Mr. Wolfe, Allie Grant (“Weeds”) as Lisa Shay, Alan Tudyk (“V”) as Noah Werner, Cheryl Hines (“Curb Your Enthusiasm”) as Dallas Royce and Ana Gasteyer (“Saturday Night Live”) as Sheila Shay. Jay Mohr appears in the recurring role as Steven Royce, Dallas’ husband.

Emily Kapnek (“Hung”) writes and executive-produces this bitingly ironic single-camera comedy. “Suburgatory” was directed by Michael Fresco (“Raising Hope”), who also executive-produced the pilot. It is produced by Warner Bros. Television.

“Suburgatory” is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound.

At the end of the journey, filled with drama and surprises against the backdrop of spectacular international settings, the Bachelor may quite possibly have found true love. Extreme Makeover: Home Edition

As the iconic "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" returns for the ninth season, deserving families in need of a newly rebuilt and decorated home are once again treated to the door knock that changes lives. Throughout the series, children have been an integral part of so many of the episodes, and this season children are the focus. Whether it’s bringing to light the challenges of dwarfism faced by youngsters, the bond between a father and his paralyzed son, or the heroic eight-year-old who saved her younger sister from an oncoming truck -- but incurred life-threatening injuries of her own -- this season celebrates the power of children to transform their own lives and those of their communities.

And "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" will continue to unite the families selected with their favorite entertainers, athletes, politicians and role models, this season including First Lady Michelle Obama, Glenn Close, Rihanna and Meredith Vieira, among others.

In addition to rebuilding homes, the "EMHE" design team will be rebuilding other structures too, including a shelter for homeless female veterans in the series premiere episode, when the First Lady rolls up her sleeves and contributes to the team effort.

Ty Pennington heads up the team of designers in a race against the clock to turn people’s wildest dreams into reality. Each episode is self-contained and features a project that would ordinarily take at least four months to achieve, involving a team of designers, contractors and several hundred volunteer workers who all have just seven days to totally rebuild and decorate an entire house -- every single room, plus the exterior and landscaping. The result should be a decorator’s delight, if it can be done in time.

"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" has won two Emmy Awards® for Outstanding Reality Program, plus two People's Choice Awards, the Family Television Award for Best Alternative/Reality Program, an NAACP Award as Outstanding Reality Series, and a Service to American Leadership Award presented by the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation. The show was named the 2010 Contractor of the Year for Residential Contractor magazine, and also received the 2010 Innovator Award from NATPE recognizing achievement in unscripted television.

In addition to Ty Pennington, this season’s designers include Paul DiMeo, Jillian Harris, Paige Hemmis, Tracy Hutson, John Littlefield, Michael Moloney, Ed Sanders and Xzibit. "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" is produced by Endemol USA, of Endemol Holding, and executive-produced by Brady Connell & George Verschoor. David Goldberg is Chairman, Endemol North America.

Shark Tank
Fridays, 8:00-9:00 p.m., ET

The Sharks are back for a third season, continuing their search to invest in the best products and businesses that America has to offer. The critically acclaimed "Shark Tank" gives budding entrepreneurs the chance to make their dreams come true, and possibly make a business deal that will make them a millionaire. Season Three continues to make TV history, with the Sharks offering over $6.2 million of their own money in investment deals to bankroll a creative array of innovative entrepreneurs. The season premiere of "Shark Tank" airs FRIDAY, JANUARY 20, 2012 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Billionaire Mark Cuban, owner and chairman of HDNet and outspoken owner of the 2011 NBA championship Dallas Mavericks, returns as a Shark and appears in all 13 episodes. Also, Lori Greiner, a prolific inventor of retail products and often referred to as the "Queen of QVC," will join the show as a guest Shark investor for three episodes.

Returning "Sharks" joining Cuban and Greiner are real estate mogul Barbara Corcoran, technology innovator Robert Herjavec, fashion and branding expert Daymond John and venture capitalist Kevin O'Leary. The panel of five Sharks will hear pitches of the best business and product ideas from some of America's brightest entrepreneurs, ranging from start-ups from stay-at-home moms and dads, to simple yet brilliant ideas in a wide range of areas including children's products, music, sports, automotive, and even the nightclub scene.

There will be appearances by several celebrities. Joining entrepreneurs in their pitches will be indie-pop singer-songwriter Ingrid Michaelson and former NBA champion and Hall of Fame basketball player Bill Walton. Business experts that will provide advice by phone to the entrepreneurs include Apple Computers co-founder Steve Wozniak, and Jim Koch, co-founder of Samuel Adams beer. Armando Christian Perez, aka Pitbull, appears in one of the follow-up stories, which allow viewers the opportunity to see how investments led to success.

The entrepreneurs who dare to enter the "Shark Tank" must try to convince the tough, self-made, multi-millionaire/billionaire tycoons to part with their own hard-earned cash and give them the funding they desperately need to jumpstart their business ideas. But the Sharks have a goal, too -- to get a return on their investment and own a piece of the next big business idea.

In exchange for the Sharks' cash investment, the entrepreneurs give up a percentage of their companies' equity. When the Sharks hear a great idea, they're ready to fight each other for a piece of it. If and when the Sharks are confronted with a really top-notch idea, and more than one of them want to sink their teeth into it, a war between them erupts. Then the once-desperate entrepreneur can rejoice that the Sharks find value in their product, service or business. But if the pitch is poor, the Sharks will tear into the ill-prepared presenters and pass on the idea with a simple, "I'm out!," sending them scurrying for the exit, having wasted the Sharks' precious time.

In Season One, the Sharks, using their own money, made investment commitments with entrepreneurs adding up to more than $5 million. During the show's second season, they made investment commitments totaling close to $4 million.

There were also deals that were rejected by the Sharks. Some of these turned out to be missed opportunities when the disappointed entrepreneurs defied the odds and managed to persevere with their businesses.

Mark Burnett, Clay Newbill and Phil Gurin are the executive producers of "Shark Tank," based on the Japanese "Dragons' Den" format created by Nippon Television Network Corporation. The series is from Sony Pictures Television.

For over three decades, "20/20" has continued to combine hard-hitting investigative reports, newsmaker interviews and compelling human interest and feature stories that have changes lives.

The program is co-anchored by the broadcast team of Elizabeth Vargas and Christopher Cuomo, both award-winning journalists.

Nightline
Weeknights at 11:35 p.m., ET

ABC News’ “Nightline” is a Late-Night news television program now in its 31st year. The half-hour program provides viewers in-depth reporting on the major stories in the news, and airs weeknights from 11:35 p.m. - 12:05 a.m., ET, on the ABC Television Network. “Nightline’s” anchors are Cynthia McFadden, Terry Moran and Bill Weir. The program’s correspondents are John Donvan and Juju Chang. “Nightline” re-launched almost six years ago, following former anchor Ted Koppel’s departure from ABC News in November 2005.

“Nightline” is the place where people turn for the last word in live network news. The program’s multi-anchor, varied format allows it to travel to report breaking news on the scene as it happens while continuing to offer in-depth analysis on a wide variety of subjects.

“Nightline” co-anchor Cynthia McFadden joined ABC News in 1994 as the network’s legal correspondent and, two years later, was named a correspondent for “Prime Time Live,” for which she had also been a co-anchor since September 2004. Co-anchor Terry Moran, who has been with ABC since 2007, has previously served as ABC News’ chief White House correspondent and was also the anchor of “World News Tonight Sunday.” Co-anchor Bill Weir joined ABC in 2004 and has served previously as an anchor for the weekend edition of “Good Morning America.”

“Nightline’s” anchors, correspondents, producers and editors have won every major award in broadcast journalism, including eleven Peabody Awards, more than a dozen duPont-Columbia Awards, also more than a dozen Overseas Press Club Awards and scores of Emmys. The George Foster Peabody Award for Broadcast Excellence recognized “Nightline” with a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2002, citing outstanding long-form news presentations for more than 20 years.

Considered one of the most innovative programs in broadcast news, “Nightline” is known for its probing interviews, its coverage of global news events and its coverage of breaking news. Notable interviews past and present have included Nelson Mandela; Boris Yeltsin; former Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos in his first one-on-one interview after his exile; an exclusive interview with Libyan Colonel Muammar Qaddafi; former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Warren E. Burger’s first live television interview; former President of South Africa P.W. Botha and Nobel Peace Prize-winner Desmond Tutu in their first appearance together; and President Clinton and former Presidents Bush, Reagan, Carter, Ford and Nixon, among many others. Since the new format launched, “Nightline” scored the first network interview with Chief Justice John Roberts and the first television interview ever with Justice John Paul Stevens. “Nightline” also had an exclusive interview with former Sen. John Edwards in which he admitted for the first time his extramarital affair. Additionally, the program conducted exclusives with former Vice President Al Gore on global warming, former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi on being the first woman Speaker, Ambassador John Bolton on North Korea, President Karzai on the Taliban and former Pakistani President Musharraf on terrorism.

The program covered the 2008 presidential election extensively, and reported from the floor of both the Republican and Democratic conventions. Its popular “The Contender” series about the candidates gave viewers an all-access pass to what went on behind the scenes of the campaigns. “Nightline” conducted interviews on the campaign trail with most of the candidates, including then Sen. Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, Sen. Hillary Clinton, and Sen. John McCain and his wife, daughter and mother. Co-anchor Terry Moran has interviewed President Obama nine times, more than any other network correspondent.

“Nightline” brings awareness to important social issues both in the United States and abroad. An investigation of child slavery in Haiti, a first-hand account of the humanitarian crisis in the Congo, and a report about the extreme poverty in Rwanda are just a few stories the program has tackled in recent years. In the U.S., “Nightline” has reported on heroin in the Midwest and the dramatic rise in childhood obesity.

“Nightline” continues to build its audience by expanding its presence on the web, where interacting with viewers online has become a programming staple. The program’s anchors and correspondents have hundreds of thousands of followers on the social networking sites Twitter and Facebook. “Nightline” recently teamed up with ABCNEWS.COM, ABC News NOW and Twitter for an unprecedented venture on the web, allowing viewers to have a direct dialogue with the anchors and correspondents. The full edition of “Nightline” is available each day posted online at ABCNEWS.com. The program also has a daily video podcast.

“Nightline” evolved from the ABC News special broadcasts, “The Iran Crisis: America Held Hostage,” which began November 8, 1979, four days after the American hostages were seized at the U.S. Embassy in Teheran, Iran. It premiered as “Nightline” on March 24, 1980, with anchor Ted Koppel. Prior to his departure from ABC News, Ted Koppel was a 42-year veteran of the network. Before joining “Nightline,” he served for nine years as ABC’s chief diplomatic correspondent. Previously he was ABC News’ bureau chief in both the Hong Kong and Miami bureaus.

Primetime: What Would You Do?
Fridays, 9:00-10:00 p.m., ET

The "Primetime" limited series "What Would You Do?" uses hidden cameras and actors to see how people react when put in provocative situations. The program takes real-life situations, some of them straight from the headlines, and records the everyday dilemmas that test character and values. Will people be compelled to act or just mind their own business? ABC News correspondent John Quiñones reports on peoples' split-second - and often surprising - decision-making process, when "Primetime: What Would You Do?" premieres Friday, May 7 on ABC.

From light-hearted situations to potentially life-threatening scenarios, the May 2010 season episodes include:

* THE GIRL WHO HAD TOO MUCH: How will people react when they witness a young woman - seemingly intoxicated at a bar - and a male stranger who approaches and tries to take her home? Does it make a difference if the girl is dressed provocatively and seems "out to party?" Will people try to help the young woman or just turn the other way?

* LOTTO: In these troubled economic times, more and more people are playing the Lotto. What happens when a store clerk turns out to be a crook and tries to pocket the winnings of his customers? Will people stand up and do the right thing? And what happens when the clerk offers onlookers a piece of the action?

* BATTERED WOMAN: Domestic violence is a serious problem in America, with many cases of abuse going unrecorded. "What Would You Do?" brings a couple into a New Jersey diner, with a professional make-up artist creating the illusion of bruises on the woman, and a man with a bad temper and a bad attitude. Will fellow diners try to help the woman when she seems in obvious danger? Or will patrons sit back and eat their meals without intervening?

* SHE CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE: What happens when a mother gets so fed up with her children's misbehaving in the backseat of the car that she forces them out after a dispute and tells them to walk home. Will people try to help? Will they confront the mother? Or will onlookers feel that this is an appropriate recourse for a mother at the end of her rope?

* BREASTFEEDING IN PUBLIC: "What Would You Do?" explores how people react when a restaurant manager harasses a mother who is breastfeeding her baby in plain view of others. Will people become enraged? Will they get up and walk out? Hidden cameras capture their reactions.

"What Would You Do?" has won awards from the Chicago International Television Festival, as well as the Avon Foundation's 2006 Voice of Change Award. The foundation called the program "an important work of journalism that illustrates the unwillingness of many people to become involved or speak out against domestic violence." The Columbia Journalism Review has also praised the series as a "candid camera of ethics."

David Sloan is the executive producer of "What Would You Do?"
